1 Shallot, thinly sliced

50g Minced chicken

¼ Jicama, julienned

¼ Carrot, julienned

1 tbsp Dried shrimps

1 Spring onion, thinly sliced

1 Spring onion, thinly sliced, extra for garnish

1 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tsp Light soy sauce

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper

¼ tsp Chicken stock powder

Step 1
Heat oil in frying pan and sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant. Add minced chicken and sauté until cooked

Step 2
Add jicama, carrot, dried shrimps, spring onion, combine with seasoning ingredients and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until glossy

Step 3
Heat wraps in a frying pan until just golden. Spoon filling on Mission wrap, fold front edge over filling and roll up tightly
