2 Mission Onion & Chive Wraps

1 tbsp Oil

1 Onion, sliced

½ Green bell pepper, sliced

50g Buffalo mozzarella cheese

10g Parmesan cheese, shaved

4 Chive stems, finely chopped

1 Tomato, finely sliced

¼ tsp Salt
-
¼ tsp Crushed black pepper

Step 1
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onion, bell pepper and chives until fragrant. Add seasoning to taste and set aside

Step 2
Place Mission wraps on a work surface. Spread onion and chive mixture evenly on half of each wrap, top with buffalo mozzarella cheese and sliced tomato. Fold the wraps in half into half-moon shape

Step 3
Heat a pan, place wraps onto the pan and fry until cheese melts. Cut each into 2-4 pieces and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve hot
