3 Mission Onion & Chive Wraps

1 tsp Oil

2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

500g Red or green spinach

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Black pepper

100g Mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic for 30 seconds

Step 2
Add spinach and season with salt and pepper, stir fry until spinach is cooked. Set aside

Step 3
Place the Mission Onion & Chive wrap in a pan and top with cooked spinach

Step 4
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and fold wrap in half to form a half moon shape

Cook in a frying pan until mozzarella cheese is melted

Cut in pieces
