2 Mission Onion & Chive Wraps

1 Smoked duck breast fillet

1 Orange segmented

6 Butter lettuce leaves

Oil for deep frying

1tsp Sugar

1tsp White wine vinegar

50ml Water

Juice of ½ orange
-
¼ tsp Salt
-
¼ tsp Crushed black pepper

½ tsp Chicken stock powder, mixed in water

Step 1
Place sauce ingredients into a small saucepan and cook until mixture thickens

Step 2
Deep fry smoked duck until the skin is crispy and golden. Cut the duck into slices

Step 3
Cut Mission Onion & Chive wraps into halves. Arrange butter lettuce leaves on top of wrap halves, place duck slices and orange segments on top of butter lettuce. Roll the wrap halves into a cone shape. Pour hot sauce into the roll and serve while hot
