2 x 500gm chicken fillets grilled and sliced

1 cup cooked steamed rice

3 spring onions, sliced

2 tomatoes, sliced

spinach leaves

Mayonnaise

Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Warm wraps in a dry frying pan. Place wrap on a working surface

Step 2
Spread mayonnaise on the wrap. Place chicken, rice, spring onions and tomatoes in the centre of each wrap

Step 3
Top with spinach and sprinkle with parmesan cheese

Step 4
Roll up firmly to enclose filling. Cut in half.
