2 Mission Original Wraps

¼ Durian, outer shell and seeds removed

50ml pastry cream

100ml thickened cream

1 tbsp Icing sugar

¼ punnet Strawberries, finely chopped

¼ punnet Raspberries

Step 1
Spoon durian flesh into a large bowl and mash with a fork

Combine pastry cream and cream in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric beater until light and fluffy. Fold in durian paste and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Step 3
Dry fry the wraps for approximately 60 seconds on each side until warm. Spread durian cream on top of Mission wraps, fold in half to make a half moon shape. Cut into wedges, dust with icing sugar and sprinkle with fresh strawberries and raspberries. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately
