Spicy Tuna with Capers and Anchovies Pizza

1 Mission Wholemeal Pizza Crust

1 can Spicy chilli tuna
-
½ cup Anchovies, fried
-
1 tbsp Capers
-
1 Red Onion, sliced thinly
-
3 stalks Spring onion, sliced thinly

8 leaves of Fresh basil, sliced thinly

¾ cup of Mozzarella cheese, grated
-
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tbsp Olive oil
-
Some Chilli padi for added heat (optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Spread olive oil evenly on the base of the Wholemeal Pizza Crust.

Step 2
Spread spicy chilli tuna to cover the base of the pizza crust.

Step 3
Top with sliced onion, spring onion, basil, fried anchovies and capers followed by the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Step 4
Top with some chilli padi for additional heat if preferred.

Step 5
Heat oven to 180°C and bake for approx. 15 to 20 mins until cheese melts and turned slightly brown at the top. Serve hot.
