2 Mission Garlic Wraps

2 slices Chicken breasts

2 tbsp Cooking oil

Some Lettuce

Some Spring onion, sliced thinly for garnishing

Tomato, chopped for garnishing

Step 1
In a bowl, combine all teriyaki marinate ingredients with chicken breasts and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

Remove chicken breasts from the bowl and set aside.

Strain the marinate sauce separately and cook until thick and syrupy. Set aside.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and dip the chicken breast into the thickened teriyaki reduced sauce before pan-frying the chicken on medium heat and glaze them from time to time until chicken is cooked. Set aside to cool.

Slice cooked chicken thinly.

Place lettuce, spring onions and tomato onto Garlic Wraps then top with sliced teriyaki chicken. Garnish with some sesame seeds, wrap up and enjoy.
