1 Zucchini, shredded

Step 1
In a pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat, then fry the garlic, cili padi and prawns. Once the prawns are cooked on both sides, set aside.

Warm Mission Quinoa Wraps according to instructions on the pack.

Assemble the wrap by placing the shredded zucchini and top with the cooked prawns. Garnish with diced olives and a sprinkle of pepper. Ready to serve.
