Salmon Veggie Tartalets with Green Side Salad

2 Mission Supersoft Wholegrains Wraps

¼ Zucchini, cubed

¼ red pepper, cubed
-
4 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Salmon, flaked and cooked

Salt & pepper

Olive oil

Step 1
Cut wraps with a round cookie cutter and place into a muffin tin as tartlet base.

Step 2
Mix zucchini, red pepper and cherry tomatoes in a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.

Step 3
Put those vegetables in the tartlet bases, add in the flaked salmon and top with cheese.

Step 4
Bake till filling is soft and tart base is crisp.
